Return & Refund Policy – Human Custom Patches

Thank you for choosing Human Custom Patches. Please review our policy carefully.


Custom Products (All Patch Types)

Because all patches are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted, unless:

  • We made a production error

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

Patch types included:

  • Embroidery

  • Sublimation

  • Woven

  • PVC

  • Chenille

  • Leather

  • Laser Engraved

  • Embossed / Debossed

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.


Production Turnaround Time

After approval of sample and order:

  • Embroidery, Sublimation, Leather, Laser Engraved: 7–8 business days

  • Woven, PVC, Chenille: 14 business days (2 weeks)


Non-Custom Apparel (Future products)

If we sell ready apparel in the future (beanies, shirts, caps, etc.):

  • Returns accepted within 14 days

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer pays return shipping


Order Cancellation

  • Custom orders may be canceled within 12 hours.

  • Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.


Lost / Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
We will assist with carrier claims if a package is officially marked lost.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
